Maxxon proudly stands behind every product we make, and your satisfaction is very important to us. We treat everyone that owns one of our products like family and how we prove to you, you made the right choice by choosing Maxxon.    

At Maxxon, we have real people working here who fish and spend time in the outdoors. This means we understand how equipment can sometimes be inadvertently damaged. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty still covers these damages, even if it was done by you, your dog, door, a tree branch, snag, or whatever. This might be why you chose Maxxon, so drop us a line and we will get you back out on water quickly.

Maxxon's Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Maxxon's rods and reels are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for the registered owner. All products must be registered on Maxxon's Product Registration web-page (found here) within 30 days from the date of purchase from an authorized retailer. All damages and claims require a *$35 processing fee, which covers the replacement part(s) along with the cost of shipping. All claims need to be accompanied with images of the damages, clearly showing the product in its entirety, as well as additional detailed images whenever requested by Maxxon team members.

Maxxon reserves the right to discontinue any products we choose at any time. If a product with a Limited Lifetime Warranty is discontinued, we will service that product up 2 years after its scheduled discounted date, at which time we will not be held responsible to service or carry replacement parts or components.

*Some products and shipping locations may require additional fees. PLEASE DO NOT ship anything to Maxxon before obtaining authorization to do so from one of our team members. Maxxon will not be responsible for replacing or reimbursement of any and all lost items shipped to us without authorization and record of tracking.
