Choose Your Path to Repair

We offer two ways to get your gear back in action, depending on how much help you need:

1. The Quick-Fix (DIY Parts)

If you are an experienced angler and know exactly what you need, you can skip the paperwork. Spare rod sections for most models can be purchased directly through our Parts Page. This is the fastest way to get a replacement part shipped to your door with no questions asked.

2. The Full Warranty Service (Expert Consultation)

For registered owners who want the full benefit of our Limited Lifetime Warranty, give us a call or email us first to schedule a call. Why the call? We want to do more than just send a part. Our team likes to chat with you to understand how the damage occurred. This helps us design and build better products. 

The Benefit: Valid warranty claims are eligible for a flat $35 processing fee, which covers the replacement components and return shipping.

 


 

Maxxon’s Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Maxxon rods and reels are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for the original individual owner.

  • Registration: To activate coverage, gear must be registered via our Product Registration Page within 30 days of the original retail purchase.

  • Individual Coverage Only: This warranty is valid only for gear purchased at a standard retail price for personal, private use. It does not apply to equipment used for commercial or high-volume purposes, including but not limited to guide services, lodges, outfitters, or rental programs. See our separate commercial warranty.

  • Verification: All claims require a copy of the original retail receipt from an authorized dealer and clear photos of the damaged product. Maxxon reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet individual ownership verification.

  • Exclusions: This warranty is non-transferable. It does not cover gear purchased through commercial bulk-buy programs, auctions, or third-party resellers. Cosmetic wear, theft, loss, or intentional breakage are not covered.

The Fine Print

Maxxon reserves the right to discontinue products at any time. Discontinued items will be serviced for up to two years after their sunset date, subject to parts availability.

Important: Please do not ship anything to Maxxon before obtaining authorization. We are not responsible for unauthorized shipments or items lost in transit to our facility.
