Returns & Exchanges

At Maxxon, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at 1-888-727-0166 or maxxon@maxxonfly.com. Our team will provide you with the necessary information to initiate your return.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging and must be accommodated by a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will gladly replace any defective units and provide an exchange for the same model and style only. Visit our Warranty page for more information.

Refunds

A credit in the amount of the purchase price will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for a refund to be posted. For any refund issues, please contact maxxon@maxxonfly.com.

Gift Card Promotional Value Deduction

Maxxon Fly runs promotional programs, including special offers where gift cards are purchased at a discount (e.g., $100 card for $90).

Cash refunds for returned items purchased with a gift card are reduced by the proportional discount, or a refund for the full proportional Card Value will be issued as Store Credit.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-defective items and will be deducted from your refund.
