ORDERS & PROCESSING
We do our best to get your order out quickly! Once your order leaves our facility, it typically arrives within 3–10 business days, depending on the carrier and your location. Orders don’t ship on weekends or holidays. We’re not a giant rainforest company, so we appreciate your patience while we carefully pack things up, so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before contacting us about order details.
All orders ship by US Mail or UPS from Ontario, California. Shipping dates, times and prices are set by the carries and not guaranteed.
All orders that qualify for Free Shipping are processed using Ground Shipping only, NO expedited shipping can be applied.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
United States
Orders placed before Noon PST will generally ship the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will generally ship the next business day.
All orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days and should arrive in 3-10 days but are not guaranteed. Orders are not filled or shipped on weekends or holidays. When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days for delivery during and following holidays.
Canada
Orders placed before Noon PST will generally ship two business days later. Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will generally ship 2 business days later.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Maxxon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Expedited shipping is available. For more information, contact us at maxxon@maxxonfly.com. Please note increased rates for expedited shipping.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. All delivery times and dates are not guaranteed.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Maxxon Fly ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses may require an address correction charge and may be delayed.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Maxxon Fly is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the US.
